Training and performance
Kent's in-house training programme matches office-based employees with those carrying out the actual removal. Training scenarios provide many opportunities for practice-based learning, and also promote greater understanding, openness and teamwork.
Accountability at all levels is a vital consideration at Kent. Hence our induction process ensures that newly appointed staff understand their responsibilities and how they impact on both internal and external customers.
Underpinning successful HR management at Kent is our Performance Appraisal and Personal Development System, by which employees receive both regular feedback on their performance and strategies to improve knowledge and skills.
